Description:
The Brand Manager - Blue Ribbon Classic drives implementation of the brand plan through daily business management.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Manages P&L to deliver annual plan.
- Leads execution of brand plan across assigned product portfolio.
- Supports Director in creation of annual and strategic brand plans.
- Leads development of 6P strategies within annual brand plan (product, place, price, promotion, people, and process).
- Leads management of brand research projects. Ensures sensory standards are achieved across the portfolio.
- Responsible to develop innovation pipeline for 1-3-5 year plans and all concept validation.
- Leads all initiatives in collaboration with sales to execute brand plans with targeted customers.
- Supports cross-functional Product Core Team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing or Sales. MBA preferred.
- 3-5 years of Marketing experience required or combination of MBA and experience.
- Possesses critical thinking and decision making skills. Problem solving skills, functional and technical skills, written and verbal communication skills, relationship management and interpersonal skills, analytical skills, insight generation. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively develop and lead high performing teams. Ability to delegate and get things done through others. Ability to create and effectively communicate vision and purpose. Ability to lead, influence and manage change. Ability to develop and execute business strategies. Ability to effectively mine syndicated data.
