Our Nutrition Service Department has an outstanding opportunity for a full-time, evening shift, food service supervisor! This individual will supervise food service employees in the preparation, production, service, cash sales, and maintenance activities at the Plaza Cafe. Ensure sanitation standards in work area. Actively contribute to team process, maintain cooperative work environment and work to improve quality of food and services provided to patient and cafe customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Associate Degree in food service management, nutritional care or related field;
AND
One year of food service supervisory experience;
OR
A Bachelor's Degree with major course work in restaurant or hotel management, or closely-related field;
OR
High School Diploma, or GED Certificate, with four years of experience in an industrial, commercial or institutional food service or patient tray service including one year as a lead, supervisor, or equivalent.
