Management Supervisor
Management Supervisor – (Los Angeles) - Develop global brand & marketing strategy, & manage branding, advertising & social media campaigns for international entertainment company w/ global annual fee billings of over $1 million. Liaise w/ clients to determine branding & advertising needs; ensure the agency team has the best strategic approach to the creative brief; guide creative teams & analyze campaigns to ensure they remain on strategy & in line w/ client & agency needs; liaise w/ project management, production, & finance teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time & on budget. Assist Group Account Director in negotiating fees/contracts & staffing. Develop & implement training & development/mentoring projects (including on writing/presentation skills) for team members. Req’s: Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Advertising, or Marketing (will accept two yrs of exp in position offered or in an account management position in lieu of Bachelor’s degree), plus an additional two yrs of exp in the position offered or in an account management position. One yr of req’d exp must have included managing an international client w/ annual billings in excess of $1 million, including developing & managing the initial global social activation for a brand; managing a staff; & allocating agency resources.
