An administrative assistant is needed to assist with necessary administrative support. Under general supervision, this position delivers a full range of administrative services.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing extensive telephone activity.
- Maintaining calendars for department head and senior staff members.
- Organizing meetings, events, and conference calls with senior management both globally and locally.
- Prepare meeting materials, and distribute follow-up information to participants and/or staff.
- Maintain all files for department head and senior staff members.
- Assist with additional projects as needed.
- Order office supplies.
- Maintain vacation and training reports.
- Ability to interact with other administrative assistants on all levels of the organization.
- General administrative support
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent PC skills (MS Office Suite)
- Excellent telephone and time management skills.
- Must possess strong attention to detail.
- Must be proactive and work well in a team situation.
- Must possess effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- No travel required.
