Track allows a set schedule for one year. ADD Pay opportunities for qualifying departments: $.50 per hour BSN pay, $1.00 per hour certification pay. Residency Program for GNs- Designed to facilitate smooth transition from student to nurse. Orient as a nurse on your unit with special sessions during orientation to discuss and assigned Quality Improvement Project. Clinical Ladder- a career development plan providing a structure that increases nurse involvement and collaboration. Position Qualifications: Nursing degree from an accredited school and current Missouri RN license . Minimum of 1 year experience in Critical Care or Emergency Department OR 2 years in Acute Care bedside nursing required to qualify for certain incentives. You'll also need a current RN license in our state. Basic life support training should be completed in 90 days with advanced training required at certain intervals. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS & NIH Stroke Scale required before taking care of patients independently TNCC & CRRT within one year of hire. SAFE as required.
