Midwest Health and Lexington Park Independent Living is looking for energetic, talented team members who are passionate about working with seniors and who are focused on improving quality of life for those we serve. We are looking to fill the following Hospitality openings:
- Concierge - The Concierge performs duties supporting the needs of all residents in the Community; providing excellent customer service to assure resident, families and guests receive the highest quality of service possible.
- 3 years of experience in highly customer-service focused role, hospitality preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Cook - The Cook prepares food in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, with our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the Director of Food Services.
- Must have successfully completed all ServSafe educational requirements.
- Dietary Aide - The Dietary Aide assists in the kitchen area prior to, during and after meals are served. Assists in maintaining kitchen work areas; keeping equipment, utensils and food plates clean and orderly.
- After Hours Clerk (Part-Time) - Provides general support with a variety of clerical activities and other community related tasks. The night clerk may be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, laundry, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties.
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
Requirements for all:
- Must have basic computer skills.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Must be able to work beyond normal working hours and on weekends and holidays when necessary.
- Must be able to assist in the evacuation of residents during emergency situations.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
- If required to operate a motor vehicle for business purposes, must successfully complete the requirements contained in Company’s Motor Vehicles policy.
