POSITION: MARKETING COORDINATOR
Job Description:
Strategic marketing that drives sales for all ISC Companies divisions: Indiana Stamp, United RIBtype®, and Indiana Signworks. Coordinating and implementing marketing efforts with both external and internal resources.

Job Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Major Job Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Oversee implementation of integrated marketing strategy across channels-including ad campaigns, trade shows, media purchases, social media, and PR.
- Act as brand manager for each division, ensuring cohesive brand identity.
- Work closely with sale, executive teams to define appropriate marketing strategies by division.
- Manage online presence across three divisions, including appropriate social media platforms and maintaining or overseeing maintenance of all company-related websites.
- Generate content for marketing collateral, blog- and social media posts, websites.
- Design and produce marketing and sales-support collateral.
- Assist executives in drafting external communication pieces as requested.
- Analyze competitive environment, consumer trends for identified product lines to increase sales.
- Provide training to employees as requested on various HR and culture-related topics.
- Work with executive team to create culture-building opportunities through classes, team-building, and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years marketing and communications experience.
- Bachelors degree in marketing, communications or related field.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and orgnizational skills.
- Familiarity with social media marketing for business including: YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Hootsuite, Constant Contact, Twitter and Pinterest.
- Computer proficiency: Wordpress, CorelDraw, Photoshop, desktop publishing software such as Microsoft Publisher, use of Adobe Acrobat Pro to generate forms.
- Comfortable speaking in front of people, good presentation skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually. Self-motivated.
